The home values are still a relative bargain compared with other parts of the city. Most homes will require some updating, but the tradeoff of having an established neighborhood with towering Oaks and large shady yards is well worth the extra work. The transition to younger families has already begun as the original residents look to downsize into carefree communities like Agape Village.
