Feeling lots of anxiety over getting financing for a home purchase? You don't have to be. I've got great connections to various mortgage lenders in the West Columbia area, and they've helped me realize a few things that can make the loan application process a snap.

1 – Compile a list of questions regarding your loan program

If you find that you do not perfectly understand the advantages and disadvantages of all the various loan programs, make sure to have a list of questions with you.
